The Best Flax Seed Grinder

When looking to purchase a flax seed grinder, you have many different options.  Some people use a coffee grinder and some use a spice grinder.  Although these are good options, I have found a much better gadget to grind my flax seeds.  

Many of the coffee and spice grinders are difficult to clean.  I grind my flax seed every morning and I don’t want to have to worry with a hard to clean grinder.  

In case you are not familiar with keeping your flax seed fresh, it is best to buy the whole flax seeds and grind the amount that you need every day.  Your flax seeds should be stored in the refrigerator for maximum freshness. 

The best flax seed grinder that I have found is the Magic Bullet Blender Mixer System. It works great to grind flax seeds.

The Magic Bullet mini blender is basically a small size blender. It has a small base, two different blade attachments and lots of different size cups.

You simply put the flax seeds in the smallest cup and screw on the flat blade and set it in the base - push down on it and it starts grinding. It will grind the flax seed in just seconds. You can then put the cup and the blade in the dishwasher. No messy clean up.

If you have ground more flax seed than you need, there is a lid that fits on the cups and you can store the remainder in the refrigerator.

What I like about using the Magic Bullet system as a flax seed grinder is that it also has many other uses. Of course you can grind coffee or spices in it, but it can be used for numerous other things also. It works great for smoothies, making salsa or chopping vegetables.

It includes a terrific cookbook with lots of great recipes. It’s nice because instead of a full size blender, you can make one portion smoothies. The cups can also go in the microwave or freezer. It is a small system so it doesn’t take up much room and will replace your full size blender and food processor.

I don’t see the sense in purchasing just a plain flax seed grinder when you can have a system which has many other uses. In my opinion, the Magic Bullet System is by far the best flax seed grinder choice.
